Payment terms:

We accept checks and money orders, or we can ship C.O.D. All orders shipped within Canada are subject to Provincial sales tax, unless we have a proper tax exemption certificate on file.

Warranties:

All of our products carry a 1 year replacement warranty.

Returns:

Please call us for a material return authorization (MRA) number prior to returning goods. Any returns without an MRA number will be refused and returned to sender. Returns of non-defective goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns are accepted on special order merchandise. Freight and handling is not refundable if an order is returned.

Shortages:

Please inspect your orders upon receipt. Any shortages must be reported to MSO within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Pricing:

In the past year the costs of material such as plastic, brass, aluminum and zinc have risen so quickly that we cannot always guarantee prices therefore they are subjected to change. We will do everything we can to maintain prices. For the most current pricing please call one of our sales representatives.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped U.P.S. or Post Canada unless otherwise specified. All shipments require a street address. C.O.D. orders are charged an additional $10.00 per package. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
